Akshay MenariyaYes, I still get an error on my Live site – All I get is “Error in processing!”. I don’t have debugging enabled on the live site, so I cant check the debug log.
On my system testing site it is now working.
Could it be WP version. I’m still running 4.9.6 on my LIVE site.

As you told it’s working for your other system so might be there is some configuration difference or other plugin is conflicts with it.
The error “Error in processing!” is the JavaScript AJAX error it comes when AJAX doesn’t return success and comes to the error. Could you please open the Console and let me know what JS errors are there.

Akshay MenariyaYes, it could be a plugin. I’ll be migrating TEST->LIVE later today. Tomorrow, I’ll have an offline version of live I can test on.
The Ajax error is:-

Ok, so it’s currently working fine on staging (test) environment and not on live only ? Please confirm.

Thanks for confirmation. It seems like it’s other plugin conflict or system requirement issue, not an issue from the plugin code end.
After migration of test to live the issue will get resolved, Please let me know if issue will there so that we can fix it.
