# Doesn’t work! Endless Ajax Loading…

 * Hi,
 * Thanks for such a nice plugin. But it doesn’t work on my site properly. As a 
   site admin, I can comment/reply only. But none can comment/reply. Just an endless
   ajax loading.
 * I made sure that “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” checkbox
   is unchecked in WordPress comment setting section.
 * I use WP Rocket Caching plugin and I excluded all the JS files from minifying.
 * Please check this [PAGE](https://www.bodycarebd.com/product/optimum-nutrition-gold-standard-100-whey/)
   and let me know how to fix it.

   reply only. But none can comment/reply. Just an endless ajax loading.

    First please 
   hid the CAPTCHA field using according option in Dashboard > WooDiscuz admin page.
   Your server file permissions or some security plugin doesn’t allow WooDiscuz 
   to create CAPTCHA gif files.
 * Then delete all caches, purge all optimizer plugins caches and check again. i
   see your website is minified and cached. Just disable all optimizer/minifyer 
   plugins, delete all caches and check it.
