First, this is not forum for product you talk about. You talk about paid version but ok we will respond here.
We did respond to your support request, just to you site email that has sent us a message instead to your personal email address. We also did appologise for that (aldougth it is common that person reads all his inboxes) and explain that but you proceeded in wirting this forum post.
Also, we can not even see your site – probably you blocked all IPs that are not from your country. Having such setup should obligate you not to rush in throwing rocks at as so soon as this.
Anyway, since you attitude is like this we assume you would not like our product (one you talk about) even if we resolve activation problem for you – therefore we assume we can porceed to refund and that is what I will do now.
