# Doesn’t work consistently

 * This plugin was great, but it doesn’t work consistently. It might not be the 
   fault of the developer that it does not transmit, but the storage of entries 
   is on them. The lite version doesn’t store the entries, so you’ll get awesome
   notifications on how many messages you did not get. I’d suggest you save yourself
   a lot of pain and angst and avoid this one.

 * While WPForms Lite does not have the feature to store entries, you can set up
   notification emails to send out form submissions.
 * It sounds like you might be having email delivery issues. To troubleshoot, you
   can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following
   our [tutorial](https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/).
 * If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server 
   configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly
   detecting the notification emails as spam.
 * To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on
   your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a

   and links to their setup tutorials.
