Doesn't work at all, what am I missing?

    Hi,
    I installed the plugin and pasted the line: <?php if(function_exists(‘the_views’)) { the_views(); } ?>
    at the index.php page, yet it looks like it doen’t work on my website.

    Can you please advise?

    BTW, it’s the same with WP-PostRatings plugin…
