Doesn't work at all

Well, I’m unsure what the problem is with the plugin.
I have this and the Community Addon installed.

Similarly to other users in the Community Addon forum:

1 – A Badge isn’t awarded even though log entries say it has
2 – Why are log entries listed as published content types?
3 – I’m even unable to award a Badge manually in the User Admin edit panel
4 – Are badges limited in sizing in any way? I notice the Credly site only produces a small badge size so wondered whether this is a limitation – I’m also wondering about Retina2X display images

I’d love this plugin/s to function to actually test it out on my new BuddyPres site and understand user reaction and feedback.
