doesn't work anymore

This plugin worked three days and then stopped working for no reason. The maintenance page no longer appears at all. On another browser, on another device, with a different IP, without being logged , nothing works . I even uninstalled wordpress and mysql database, after I reinstalled them : Without success. Others plugins works. I don’t understand what is the issue. It’s too bad because your plugin is rather nice and ergonomic.
