  • I downloaded colibri last year. I just use the free version ’cause at that moment was enough for what I intended to do. Just today I noticed that in the last month all the features of the free version have been blocked. Even changing the font or color of heading and paragraphs is not allowed anymore. Adding features or boxes in not allowed anymore. Everything has been locked. After a users created 1 or 2 or 10 websites, you cannot delete all this options. This free options are what attracted all this users to your plug-in. Off course now all of this users have (in theory) to buy your PRO version or just change editor. Shamefull

    I’m updating my review since the Colibri Team has helped me to fix the issue which was related to conflicts between plug-ins after some update. Everything work as usual now.

    Thank you for using our products, and we are sorry for any inconvenience you have with the Colibri Page Builder.

    First of all, we would like to reassure you that we did not restrict, lock, or remove any feature that we provided in the free version of the plugin. We totally disagree with this kind of practices as we think it’s harmful to both sides, you as a user/customer and us as a trustworthy company.

    From your messages ( this one from and the one you’ve sent to our ticketing system ) it seems to be an issue with the customizer sidebar. The lack of sidebar controls can be caused by some conflict with another plugin or by using an unsupported theme.

    Please make sure you use a supported theme like ColibriWP, Brite, Calliope, Skyline WP, Teluro, Oasis, MagnusWP, etc.
    If you are using a supported theme, can you please try to deactivate all plugins except the Colibri builder plugin and check if the issue is still occurring? If the problem is solved, try reactivating the plugins one by one and check which one is causing the issue

    Also, it would be very useful if you can provide us with more details here, or in the support ticket you created on our system (some screenshots or a video with the issues would be great).
    The screenshots would help us to better understand the problem and provide you with a solution faster.
