    The IPN listener created 9 payments for every user that subscribes. You have to pay to have an out-of-box feature that doesn’t work fixed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    @shoelace1291,

    I am sorry that you had a problem but email support through our site is only for our Pro plugins.

    That is the reason why there are free support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/subscriptions-memberships-for-paypal/

    Inside the plugin on the settings page and also on the plugins page there is a support link. That links to the free forums.

    Please create a new post and I will be more than happy to help you for free! But I have worked very hard making this plugin and it does not deserve a one star review because you asked for support in the wrong location. Please change your review!

    Thanks,
    Scott Paterson
