Doesn't work and very little support that's not helpful.

I followed the directions for this plugin exactly because I was having trouble with other email setup’s. This didn’t work and kept giving me an error. When I went to the support forum the plugin author did answer twice with things that weren’t helpful at all, then no more answers.. I have since moved on to a different plugin and setup and it’s working for me now…
