# Doesn't work and no support: Edit works now

 * Plugin does not work as advertised. When asking for support nobody responds.
 * Edit:
    Took a couple days and a negative review to get a response but after I
   got a response the author was very responsive and effective at troubleshooting.
   As he notes below the plugin needs SOAP, installing SOAP fixed the problems.

 * This issue was because [@mvenkat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mvenkat/)
   didn’t have SOAP enabled. The plugin requires SOAP. Version 1.3.5 now shows a
   notification.
