  • The premium plugin doesn’t work at all and conflicts with the Kleo theme. After setting up a 15% charge on all purchases, I noticed that the 15% charge did not appear in the cart. Its sole purpose simply did not work. Upon activating this plugin, the Kleo settings appeared as blank.

    I was also unable to purchase this product at first using their credit card payment system on the site. I had to use PayPal to pay for this product instead, which finally allowed my purchase to go through.

    Ultimately, what looked like a really beautiful and simple plugin ended up wasting my time. I have submitted a request for a refund, but they are refusing to refund me. I requested a refund within 30 minutes of my purchase and a solid effort of trying to get this plugin to work.

    Hello. I appreciate your response. I did purchase the Premium version. It didn’t work. At all. I have received responses from your support personnel and they have refused to refund me even though I made the request 30 minutes after purchase. I am deeply disappointed and hope that this changes.

    First of all this is a review area, we respect this area, we don’t want to argue with you in here.
    But when you try to build false alligation against us, something must be said,
    I go through your comments on email, i saw our support guy never told we did not refund your money back, instead of that he try to find the problem and collect a justified reason for this refund.
    Also i see you unable to provide any proof which supports your words. Like any screenshot, allow us to see the error, any video recording, thats why our support guy hold your refund.
    Your refund amount is ready, but without getting any proof he did not release this refund.
    Hope you help that guy to initiate your refund.

    That’s your refund policy. From your site. Your customer wants a refund. You’re not doing that despite that your posted policy says you will. The user found that the plugin does not fulfill a feature. It does not work with the user’s theme. That’s in the review.

    The review stays. You can do what you like but anyone reading this will get a good understanding of your “refund policy”.

    Don’t modlook or sock puppet tag this review again.

    Do you need the whole email thread, the communication between @bizaprille and our support guy regarding the premium version of this plugin? We can send it to you.

    I’m closing this review. This is a review of an upsell for this product. That makes it valid here.

    If you do not like that then don’t have a (Free) version on this site. That’s all there’s to it.

    Also I’ve read that link. The refund portion can be summed up in these two sentences.

    1. Refunds only happen if we agree that it’s our fault after we’ve exhausted all possible scenarios to our satisfactions.

    2. We don’t offer refunds.

    Personally I think number 2 is more correct.
