   rating.

   hindering the smushing process in that case. Could you create a new support ticket
   so we could look into that:

 * Really quickly too, the plugin has a _Smushit Debug_ feature you could turn on,
   at **Media Library > WP Smush.it**. That’ll help to see why the issue’s occurring.
 * Would you mind giving that a go and letting us know more details through the 
   forums above?
 * We’d love to ensure that’s all working for you as it has for ourselves and thousands
   of other users. 🙂
