 * I did create an account 🙂
    The error seems like it had a hard time parsing of
   the HTML to docx. maybe it cant handle characters like “,’,`

   php version < 5.3. You need to update your php version to minimum 5.3. This plugin
   is supported by php >= 5.3 versions.
