 * Not only does the free plugin not export a csv file, Excel does not recognize
   what the file is. Lets see, I should pay 149 for the pro version based on what
   I have seen from the free plugin and not being able to find a way to contact 
   the developer on their site. Right@!!!

 * This plugin doesn’t support Excel, its a CSV importer. Convert your xls(x) to.
   csv and import it.
 * You can directly contact us from the plugin itself. In the plugin, click on the
   tab “Support” from there you can send your feedbacks to us. You can also contact
   us through our website.
