# Doesn't Work – 404 Errors

 * Followed the (very simple) instructions exactly. Page displays the video thumbnails
   that I inserted. However, when I click on one of the videos, it just leads me
   to a different page that does not exist (gives me the 404 error page). WordPress
   plugin site doesn’t seem to offer any way to fix this, nor does it illustrate
   what it actually is supposed to look like when a video is clicked (from what 
   I can tell).
 * Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

 * Figured out that the videos were broken because it takes the Youtube video ID
   ONLY. Would probably be helpful if this was stated somewhere in the instructions.
 * However, this still doesn’t solve my problem with the 404 errors.

 * First of all thanks for trying our plugin. From your comment we identified the
   exact problem that is with your WordPress “permalink” structure. Please update
   it with “`/%category%/%postname%/`“. If already it in the given structure, just
   press the “**Save Changes**” button once more.
 * For your second comment, please see the help under video gallery section. It 
   will show you how to embed videos from the provider websites with screenshots.
