I’m sorry you’re having trouble using the plugin. You are the only person so far to complain that it “does nothing”.
If you were looking for support all you needed to do was post a question in the support forum. I respond to questions promptly.
If you were looking for documentation then you need only go to the project homepage, which has far too much detail to include on the wordpress.org plugin page. I’d appreciate it if you could clarify what you tried and what the outcome was, and supply a link to your website so that I can take a look and tell you what the most likely issue is.
