Just wanted to rearrange my admin menu, didn’t care about all the other stuff this plugin does, but it doesn’t work. Nothing shows to be able to update the menu. Looking at help, this seems to be a known but not-fixed issue. Pity. The plugin sounded like exactly what I needed.

    Hi @newtowoo,

Can you raise a support request, because I didn’t see any support request from you. I am happy to help you and others, but I can’t help you if I don’t know about the issue. Perhaps you can create a support request, take down this review and then if you are not happy with my support you can put up your review? That sounds fair right?

    Thanks,

Hi. I didn’t create a support request as you were very clear that you only provide limited support due to it being a free plugin – totally understandable. So rather than bother you, I went through the first few support requests and did what you suggested on those – turn off the admin interface and turn it back on (possibly incorrect terminology). About 4 support requests down, there is one with the exact problem as I have, even with a screen shot. You told them to do the above sugggestion. When that didn’t work, your next request was to turn off every plugin then turn each one back on individually to see which plugin is the problem. Or to buy the paid plugin. They eventually came back and said they had to turn WooCommerce off to get it to work, while others in the thread said they had the same problem and turning off WooCommerce hadn’t worked. Unfortunately, I was not willing to turn off functionality to the front end of my site where my customers are, when I only wanted your plugin for cosmetic reasons on the backend. For the same reason, I didn’t need all the features of your paid plugin.

There are other reviews saying this plugin is not currently working with WooCommerce, so I’m not the only one in this situation.

I have since found another plugin that does what I needed without all the hours I spent mucking around on this one. I think your plugin looks great and I really hope you get the current issues sorted out with it, but I won’t be submitting a support request as I no longer have this plugin, however I will upgrade my rating from 1 star to 3 stars due to the fast response you gave on here.

    Hi @newtowoo,

Thanks for that information. I am glad you found a solution. I just want to let you know that if you wish to try out a plugin again, please create a support request and I will endeavour to help you as much as possible. I use the plugin with WooCommerce fine, but people have different versions and want to do different things, so I just need to try and understand as much detail as possible. Thanks 🙂
