Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are continuously improving the plugin and we are hoping to ship out a new update sometime soon that will support more file types.
Adding the custom MIME types for .ai and .cdr files should work as expected. Could you please confirm if you used the following settings to add the new MIME types in File Upload types? I’ve just tested on my end and I was able to upload both file types. Here is a screenshot from my end.
