# Doesn’t work

 * Checked “turn on custom price box” in general in product edit, publish, box is
   unchecked.

 * I checked the [Support forum](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/custom-price-for-woocommerce/)
   for this plugin – I do not see a thread about this issue. I also checked the 
   PRO help threads but there is no such report either.
 * I downloaded the latest **1.0.3 version** of the plugin to a clean test page 
   with **WordPress 6.1.1** and **WooCommerce 7.4.0**. Default theme and no additional
   plugins.
 * I enabled the checkbox. I have published the product. The checkbox is still selected
   after reloading the page.

 * There is a field for entering a custom price on the product subpage.

 * Please ask the mentioned Dev Team to do the basic thing with this kind of problems–
   which is to do a troubleshooting.
    1. Update the plugin and store environment to the latest versions.
    2. Disable other plugins and enable default theme ([HealthCheck](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
       plugin is helpful as it offers the troubleshooting mode).
    3. Check if the problem persists. If not – then enable more plugins and check each
       time if the problem returns.
 * Also please check if there are specific errors (related to the plugin) visible
   in the console or in the WooCommerce logs.
