# Doesnt work

 * I just bought the professional plugin today, installed and wanted to start exporting.
   
   But when i press “export HTML” it thinks for 2 minutes before stopping and i 
   get a browser note saying “something went wrong try again later”. It has done
   this 5 times, and I’ve tried different pages.

   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
