# Doesn’t work

 * I installed the plugin and entered the tracking code into the corresponding field
   but the tracking pixel isn’t firing. I’ve tried two different pixels and neither
   one fires using this plugin.

 * Are you using FaceBook pixels to track the event firing? From our end, we are
   unable to find such an issue, [please check the video](https://www.loom.com/share/3c30b3ac5db5447a8bd934d9457bdc36)
 * Please install the FaceBook pixel helper extension to check the events fired 
   from the WooCommerce Conversion Tracking plugin.
