Doesn’t Work

    No matter what settings we use, the original JPG s what shows in the site at full size. The Media Library shows Short Pixel smushed them, but when inserted in a page and using View Image in the browser it is not the smaller version and the Webp version is not displayed despite it being the option we checked.

    We deactivated our security plugin, cleared cache, everything we can think of.

    Had the same issue with Imagify as well.

    Could this be a host or theme thing?

    Hi, @sdagency,

    If you had the same issue with Imagify as well, it is clearly a sign of cache issues. In any case, can you please show us a screenshot of what you see, and then send us the URL of the image so we can double-check it from our side?
