# Doesn't work,

 * Gave it a try, but I can’t even upload a file. I tried dragging a file to the“
   Upload from PC” box, then tried using the ‘Select Files’ button, but nothing 
   happens at all. I tried uploading a .doc and there’s no ‘Loading’ or anything,
   I even waited a while. Nothing happens at all.
 * Just to make sure, I tested it on a page – added the file, typed in the password
   to download, and it says “Download Complete” but all I got was a file with no
   extension named “download-manager-files” that was zero kb…

 * 1st, if you are not using latest version of wp, you need to update your copy.
   but if you already using latest version of wp, then it could be a conflict with
   other plugin

 * I’m using the latest version of WP, it’s a new site I’m working on. I have no
   other plugins enabled.

 * in that case you may try with deleting and reinstalling again

 * Thanks Shaon, I did that twice and nothing changed.
