Doesn’t Work

    I have tried everything to get this plugin to work and I have given up. This looked like a plugin that would solve all my problems but it was too good to be true. I have reached out to the creators here and on their youtube videos and have never heard anything back about getting help.

    I use it on over 40 of my websites and it works fine. You have to name your forms differently and then go to admin and click on “settings”. Make sure you set to “enable”. Then select “submissions”. Choose date range and select the form you want to check on. It works every time. Just tried it on a brand new build for the first time. Worked great.

    There was an issue in previous release that was causing trouble in some case. It might be the cause in your case also. We have just released an update with the fix. Can you try to update the plugin and see if it resolved the issue?

    As @wmcclish54 mentioned above, our plugin is active on 4K+ websites and working without any trouble. And in case any issue appears we give our efforts to get it solved as soon as possible.
