The settings tab as shown in your screenshot is not even showing up in the back-end and nothing in the front- end either, since we can’t access the settings page to activate it (tab). * We use the Martfury Woo Theme! I checked this with “Martfury” theme and found it works good .And for back-end setting panel you need to go to dashboard->woocommerce- >checkout layouts.Here you can override the default style. if you still faces issues please let me know . And as for three column layout can you please share you website url so i can check the issue.
