I have installed this and it doesn’t work. Both links create a 404 error. Any insight? Please reply.

This is showing a blank page here: http://www.mydomain.com/index.php/sitemap.html

I think that your page is being moved here instead. Can you update the plugin so that it reference the sitemap if it gets moved here, or can you update the plugin so that you can move it to http://www.mydomain.com/sitemap.html?
