Sorry that you’re having trouble getting the plugin going. Usually when you get a 404 error like that, it’s something small that just needs to be corrected.
Because the FAQs are a custom post type, you may just need to flush your permalinks, something that is often necessary when new custom post types are registered in WordPress. To do this:
– In the main menu, go to “Settings > Permalinks”.
– Scroll down, if needed, and click “Save Changes”. No need to actually make any changes.
– Rewrite rules and permalinks have now been flushed.
After doing this, give your FAQs another go. If you’re still having trouble please let us know.
