# DOesn't work

 * Hi,
 * I have emailed you a few times. I setup the plugin per the instructions. I get
   a fatal error and when I can get the plugin to load, it will not pull in events.
 * I purchased the pro version too and nothing works. Can you please help? Or just
   refund the money I paid.

 * Did you read any threads? The answers to common issues
    are here. This is an 
   issue caused by your server running an outdate php version. Simply update to 
   5.4 or better and you’d have been golden. Sites looking good though.

   site.

   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.
