 * Installed the free release, it doesn’t allow to do a lot of things, really wondering
   why it was allowed here. You are somehow forced to upgrade if you want to do 
   something. At least, this is what I thought so I have upgraded to the paying 
   release which costs a lot and it was really not worth, it is still not working
   the way it was supposed to work. So I am sorry but I rate Sola plugin 1 star!
   Doesn’t deserve more than this…

 * The basic version offers an array of features that allow you to use add a comprehensive
   support desk to your website.
 * What features didn’t work on your side? And is there any chance you would be 
   willing to let us sort them out for you?
