    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch. It is 1am here in the UK and about to go to sleep but we will have a look at this for you tomorrow morning. Can I ask that you have a read of this topic and carry out a theme and plugin check to make sure there are no conflicts causing this issue. No one else has reported this to us so could possibly be a conflict with your site.

    Can you please join our forums and post about the isuse? Have you made the biography field required in your backend? It could be that. If you join our forum, we can have more information to look at this issue.
