• Since their team started doing new updates “migrating to more secure connection”, sync/resync doesnt work at all, there is no chance of changing the catalogue automatically, it just doesnt work. No matter if I change the product, if I change price, name, variations – it doesn’t update my Facebook Catalogue. Right now the plugin seems useless

    You can grab the system status by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status and clicking on Get system report.

    That said, I hope you’ll keep an eye on the updates even if you don’t reach out to us for support, as we do expect some substantial improvements in the next few weeks.
