# Doesn’t Start

 * Dear Support,
 * We are trying to run a scan of the installed plugins but for some reason the 
   plugin doesn’t start to scan when we click ‘scan site’.
 * We have tried disabling wp cron in WordPress and running the cron jobs from within
   cPanel at fixed intervals but this did not make a difference.
 * Would you have a trouble shooting suggestion?
