Doesnt shows Uploads / No NM FileUploader menu

Hi there,

i hope someone can help me.
I installed the plugin at http://area91.de/img-upload/. The user should see after uploading the link to his uploaded file.
For now i can upload files but i cant see any file. Not in the fronted neither in the backend. Just via FTP i can see the uploaded files.
Also I cant see a menu of this plugin in the backend.
