Doesn’t show WOOF plugin filters and recently viewed products widgets in mobile

    Respected sir/madam,

    The WOOF product filters and recently viewed products widgets aren’t shown in the mobile under the filter section. It works fine in the desktop version and mobile resolution on the desktop but not the mobile phone.
    eg. Desktop: https://pasteboard.co/KgT62Ir.png shows all filters
    Mobile: https://pasteboard.co/KgT6yg7.jpg shows only search and top-rated products filter but not WOOF plugin price, weight, product category and recently viewed products filters.

    It should be showing the same filters for both desktop and mobile views.

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

    I tried to replicate the issue but the filters display as expected on my test instance on mobile devices so the problem shouldn’t be related to Neve. This seems to be a plugin specific issue. You could try to backup your site, deactivate all plugins, then reactivate them one by one so you will be able to check which one could cause this and replace it with an alternative plugin. If this doesn’t work, I would recommend contacting WOOF support for further guidance.
