If possible more information, for the safari browser you mean that it is not visible, at least there I see a problem. The video is visible on an iPhone on Chrome. If possible more information and I will fix it

Yes the autoplay feature for Safari is not working. Because Safari does not support it in the plugin page in the FAQ section I have described it. For more information, you can search on the official Safari website.

As far as I can tell, it’s a custom development. They replace the gallery with the slider library for a while.
In future updates I might consider fixing the autoplay issue, but I can’t promise and commit to a time frame
It would be great to solve this as well. Because if the video control parameters are hidden, the video playback icon is absent, and it is not possible to start the video 🙁
