 * Great plugin, however… it doesn’t show up at all…
    I read all the previous post
   and most likely that there is a caching / plugin issue …
 * However, this similar plugin does show up with the same configuration.

 * I cannot suggest any solution, if I dont know the setting.
    – Please check if
   any conflicts with other plugins are given. – uncheck the jQuery-Box in the plugin-
   settings – do you use wp-touch or anything else to make your blog responsive?
 * Normally everything works fine in a “normal” wp-installation
