I’m trying this plugin, but it does not show items inside schedule page.

Settings are pretty basic and the theme is WordPress’ Twenty Twenty.

I defined 5 items for one category (ID2) and for one day (monday)

I changed day labels, e.g. Mon = Mo

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble using Weekly Schedule. Perhaps you can post a few screenshots of your category page and the page for your items? A screenshot of your general configuration would be useful as well. And to confirm, did you just put [weekly-schedule] as the shortcode in your page content?

Just ran a quick test on my development server and was able to create an entry without any issues: https://imgur.com/a/a2enpkJ

    Thanks for your quick response.

I put in the short code that shows next to

Code to insert on a WordPress page to see Weekly Schedule

    That is:

    [weekly-schedule schedule=1]

I’m a bit stumped on this one. I’ve reproduced all of your config elements, but my schedule still renders correctly. If I give you some SQL queries to try running on your server to see if there are any errors in the database queries, would you know how to do this?

Not often, but we could try. If you want you could log in yourself, it’s a demosite, but because of admin rights I’d send you login credentials

It is usually frowned upon for plugin development to get access to people’s sites, but since this is a demo site, I think it should be okay. Only thing I would say is not to convert this test site into a live site but to re-create what we eventually get working on this test site on your live site. The general concern is to have plugin developers take advantage of users and potentially putting harmful things on their sites, as well as the responsibility that plugin development might have in breaking user sites. I have found what the problem was and resolved the issue. For some reason, the query to retrieve the schedule items from the database was not happy with my plugin not specifying the table name for every single field in the query, even if these fields only existed in a single table. Perhaps you’re running an old version of MySQL that is more sensitive to this type of syntax shortcut. I have published a new official version of the plugin. Let me know if you encounter any other strange behavior with Weekly Schedule and please consider donating to support this plugin’s development if you end up using the plugin on your site.

I’ll second the notion of donating. Yannick provides a great plugin, and he is very responsive with troubleshooting! He deserves our support!
