# Doesn’t Send Mail

 * Hi! I love the idea of this plugin. However, no mail is sent when I complete 
   the I NEED HELP form on the front end.
 * I have set the FROM email to [noreply@sitedomain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/doesnt-send-mail/noreply@sitedomain.com?output_format=md)
   and the TO email to my email.
 * Nothing is ever sent.
 * Any ideas?

 * Happy to hear; I wasn’t sure if this plugin would be of any use to anyone.
 * Does the no-reply email account actually exist?
 * Do other types of emails from your site work?
 * What host are you using?
 * Any special SMTP/Google Workspace integrations that you’re aware of?
 * Can you try sending a test email to [https://www.mail-tester.com/](https://www.mail-tester.com/)
   from the site?
