    This plugin suddenly stopped working with no reason whatsoever!

    WordPress emails are sent;
    Newsletter emails (with testing option) are sent;
    Nothing was changed (really, nothing… this just stopped sending newsletters with no reason);
    No logs are registered with problems;
    Everything is “OK” in Status;
    Tried to create different subscribers list and still doesn’t send for that new list;
    Tried with other plugins and it works like a charm.

    Not having a f****ng idea what’s the problem on this…

    Please, did someone already had a problem like this?

    Test the email sending from the status panel. If it success but emails are not delivered, ask your provider, it is blocking your emails.

    Thank you for your support, but unfortunately, as I said, I have tried that, the email is received correctly (even for emails outside the server, as hotmail or gmail), but when I send a newsletter, it simply doesn’t “move”. It’s says it’s processing but no emails go out… 🙁

    Have anything like this happened in the past?

    Uhm, the status panel is reporting some errors about the scheduler? Or you have any kind of notice on top of Newsletter admin panels?

    The newsletter keep listes as sending 0/xxx?

    Exactly! No errors, everything is green. On log files, nothing is displayed, neither on PHP log files neither on newsletter log files and it stays in 0/xxx.

    It means the internal scheduler of WordPress is not working at all. It’s strange you have not a warning in the status panel.

    Try to call with a browser: http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-cron.php. You should have a blank page. Before, set thelog level of newsletter, on main setting panel to “debug” and set the debug mode always in that panel.

    After calling the wp-cron.php, there should be few logs in the bottom of the status panel. Try to check them, eventually send them to me at stefano@thenewsletterplugin.com.

    Thanks a lot for your support. That’s actually something I’ve read somewhere online that I could do and I’ve done that, and even so, it seems nothing was wrong. :S

    Also, I have installed a different newsletter plugin and now it’s everything working perfectly, because after literally months of trying solutions, I had to find a different way plugin to send newsletters.

    If you feel curious about this, I can send you access to the website and cpanel.

    I would love to come back and start using this plugin again.

    Hi, the cpanel won’t help, anyway thank you for your patience, probably there something in your installation since we do not have such kind of problems without an error reporting in the status panel.

    You marked this as solved but unfortunately it’s not and I would really like to have this working.

    After calling “wp-cron.php”, here’s some info on debug so that you can, eventually, help me:

    File: main***.txt

    As far as I have already searched online, there is nothing wrong here…

    So I honestly don’t understand what’s going on!

    The other plugin I have installed, as I told you, send emails without any problems, I can send test emails, etc.

    Everything seems to be on, but no emails are send it always says “0 of ****”

    Please, can you help me here?

    If you want, I can pay the 39€ for the Pro version, but I really would like to have this solved because it doesn’t look like a problem from my server nor from my platform.

    Hi, you have the transient system of WP locked out. Enter the diagnostic panel and you can find a button to delete the transient.

    I have installed plugin “Transient Cleaner”, cleaned and guess what… IT’S WORKING! 😀
