Doesn't seem to work for pages?

    The plugin works great for posts and custom content types, but on pages a few things happen:

    1. The protected page does not disappear from wp_list_pages listings
    2. When clicking on the page in the wp_list_pages menu it throws a 404
    3. When manually loading the full url w/token it throws a 404
    4. All of the above is true regardless of logged in/out status

    I’ve hacked away on it quite a lot and can’t figure out what the problem is. Other than that it’s great!

    Hey There,

    I just wanted to try to bump this a bit. I’m very interested in contributing $ to getting these bugs fixed (and keeping this plugin alive), but am hoping somebody is out there to maintain it?
