Doesn't seem to find the text to change

Great plugin, I just used it for changing some test-environment urls to my live website url without a problem.

However I now want to change some links in my posts but the plugin doesn’t seem to find them. I think I’ve found the reason.

The url that I want to change:
https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/sredir?uname=102701418661259015460&target=ALBUM&id=5649629789926844561&authkey=Gv1sRgCOD8i7Kei5u-GA&feat=email&mode=SLIDESHOW

And this url is present in my post data. However he can’t find it. If I look in my database the url is different, behind all the “&” symbol is “amp”.

I think this is why the plugin can’t find the links…

Would be great if you could fix this!
