# Doesn’t save start/end date

 * When scheduling a new event the start and end dates are not saved for that event.
   
   Published message is shown but the event is still a draft.
 * Note: After entering the date and hitting the enter key, the date is set to today.
   
   Changing that date to the intended date and then publishing the event results
   in the date being saved.
 * The reason for this may be that the Gutenberg editor is enabled and used for 
   Events Manager.
 * Events Manager 5.9.5 (recent)
    Gutenberg 5.9.0 (recent) WordPress 5.2.1 (recent)
