I am having the same issue.
I recently created a local version of my site. Upon going to the local version, the Advanced Woo Search bar was not visible instead there was text, “Please go to plugins settings page and click on “Reindex table” button. ”
When I go to the plugin settings and click re-index, it takes some time, and then below it says Products: 18.
When I click save changes, it says Products: 0. And the error message is still on site.

Hello,
In order to understand what goes wrong please do the following
1. Enable debug mode by following this instruction
2. Re-index plugin table one more time
3. Write me about any errors that you see inside debug.log file

I tried adding the debug mode to the php file but I didn’t get a debug.log.
Any ideas?

So you follow instruction above but don’t find any debug.log file inside your wp-content folder?
No i didn’t see any file named debug.log unless i’m doing something wrong.
