Doesn’t save changes in live survey

    Hey,

    I purchased the PRO Version of the survey maker and wanted to put in some new possible answers into the survey. However they aren’t saved whichever possibility I’m trying. May it be the save button the side or the one on top or down below. Nothing can be changed or edited.

    Any support would be great.

    Thank you for the topic.

    Please let us know how many sections and questions you have for the survey.

    I want to mention that the plugin itself doesn’t have any limitations.
    However, there may be a limitation set by your Server in case of having a great number of sections and questions. That is why this kind of issue may arise for you.

    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values or do it on your own via the cPanel. 

    max_input_vars 20000
    max_execution_time 600
    max_input_time 600

    For other readers, we’re closing this ticket for now as the customer contacted us via email and the problem has been solved by expanding the PHP values.
