Because of the nature of Simply Static as a quite technical product and the number of tickets, I cannot provide decent free support for everyone.
I can only provide One-on-One support for pro users. The forum here is more about users helping users. I scan all upcoming tickets once in a while to implement fixes and improve Simply Static in general.
I understand that this is frustrating if someone has a specific question, but providing a free version hosted on wordpress.org is already quite time-consuming.
