# Doesn’t record conversions

 * I’ve installed as per instructions. I’ve had a few sales since installing but
   none of the transactions come through to the GA dashboard.

 * We did a quick check of the store & found that
 * 1) Your store is having child theme & as we have mentioned in the [description](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/)&
   [FAQs](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/#faq)
   of the plugin, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom
   theme.
 * 2) you haven’t enabled “Add global site tracking code” from our plugin. We are
   using a new GA tracking method, gtag.js so you need to enable that option from
   the settings of our plugin.
