 * Polylang is the best known multi language plugin, one of the things it does is
   add a language dropdown to the user record.
 * Wordpress Download manager respects the site language but doesn’t know about 
   the language in the user record.
 * I’m an English user, developing a German website, the system language is German,
   the user language for my admin account is English, the wordpress download manager
   menu is in German, the rest of the site appears in English to me.
 * Could you look into adding this functionality? I wouldn’t know a “Neue Datei 
   hinzufügen” from a hole in the head!
