Doesn't receive no one email, verified with wp mail smtp

Hi guys,
i installed wp-members plugin and configure it.
Problem is the same that i read on other posts but i don’t find any solution.

I installed wp mail smtp too and test email is 100% sentboth with smtp configuration and php mail(function).

If i sign a new registration from back-office the user receive the emails.
If i sign a new registration from front-office form not receive emails!

Please any suggests?
