Doesn’t override WordPress default role

    I created custom user roles with this plugin, however i have a default user role set on wordpress, and when my members upgrades their subscription their role changes to access restricted content, but it won’t get rid of the default role “customer” and I have it on one user role set at a time. Please help fix this because my members cant access restricted content.

    There seems to be a bug issue because I have it set that only one role can be assigned at a time, yet it still lets them have two roles at a time. it adds the new role and keeps the default role. Someone please help!

    Hi @ginaccreates37

    Could you confirm that you have the “Multiple User Roles” field in the Members → Settings section unchecked? If you do, can you send me step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce this issue? I’m not sure what you mean by upgrades subscription. Are you using our paid MemberPress plugin and you upgrade membership to another membership from the same group?
